If for some reason you didn’t think Peter Pan was to be feared before, you most definitely will now.
In a sneak peek posted on the “Once Upon a Time” Facebook site, Mr. Gold (Robert Carlyle), who now appears to have retained his identity as Rumplestiltskin—clothes and all—meats up with Pan’s mouthpiece Felix.
Felix tells Rumple he is “welcome” to stay in Neverland—unless he tries to retrieve Henry of course. If he does try this then he won’t survive what Pan has coming.
Interestingly enough—Rumple agrees! However, he makes a threat of his own and promises to take out a whole lot of Lost Boys before he goes.
Unfortunately, Felix gets the best of the little back-and-forth as he leaves Rumple crying. You can watch the entire sneak peek here.
When Emma (Jennifer Morrison), Mary Margaret (Ginnifer Goodwin), David (Josh Dallas), Regina, (Lana Parilla), Hook (Colin O’Donoughe), and Mr. Gold left for Neverland, it appeared that Mr. Gold had a pretty good idea who Pan was. He never specifically used the name “Peter Pan” but he did say Pan was someone who the merry band of heroes should all fear.
If Pan is strong enough to make Rumple fear him, accept defeat and cry—he must be a bad you-know-what. Morrison once said her character's ignorance of storytale things helps her as the leader of the group. However, something tells me that when facing Pan….it might be a good thing to know at least something beforehand.
“Once Upon a Time” returns Sun. Sept 29 at 8/7c. on ABC.
