Chris Brown has fired back at Drake on Monday for seemingly dissing him and Brown's ex-girlfriend, Karreuche Tran, on his new mixtape, "What A Time To Be Alive," which came out Sunday night.
Drake's new mixtape, a collaboration with Future, contains a track called "Live from the Gutter," which includes the lyrics "This for my n---as on that bullsh-t and that nonsense/This for my dawgs that go Karrueche with the chopsticks," according to Gossip Cop.
The line is being widely interpreted as a diss against the "Turn up the Music" singer, who responded with an Instagram post showing a picture of him alongside his daughter Royalty, according to BET.
The photo included the following caption: "I'm too blessed for the bulls--t. People who have had to sit a [sic] watch me for years do me and watch their females actually love me always show their insecurities. I embrace anything God has given me. It's bigger than this music s--t. I'm content with being Chris Brown. A lot of people are unhappy and a lot of these artist lie to the fans or rely on hype to gain substance. You n----s bore me. Ima keep being who God made me to be! 100. #IAMMUSIC #othersbarelyholdanote #thesehandsworkgreat
