Major commitments and betrayals are coming in the fifth season of “The Good Wife,” and although we’ve gotten a few hints, we still have some questions. So, here we go—questions for Season 5 of “The Good Wife”:
No. 1—Will They Last the Whole Season?
I really want to see if Peter (Chris Noth) can make it through the whole season without cheating on his wife. He traveled a long road back to the end of Season 4 but he finally made it and he and Alicia (Julianna Margulies) have committed to one another. Will he give into temptation? Will Alicia’s feelings for Will (Josh Charles) get in the way?
No. 2—Will Alicia End Up Regretting Her Decision?
It won’t be long until things become extremely bumpy for Cary and Alicia. She made a pretty big step by leaving (and in some sense betraying) Lockhart and Gardner and it may be a step she ends up regretting since she wants herself and Cary (Matt Czuchry) to be Will and Diane (Christine Baransk).
No. 3—How Will the Florrick Kids be Affected This Season?
It appears, according to EW.com that one of Alicia’s two children will end up in the spotlight during the season premiere. However, what else is in store for Zach (Graham Phillips) and Grace (Makenzie Vega) this year?
No. 4—Who Will Win the First Major Showdown?
I’m really hoping the writers put a showdown between Florrick & Agos and Lockahart & Garnder this season. Who will come out on top? Whose feelings get hurt? Which firm suffers more from the loss?
“The Good Wife” returns Sunday, Sept. 29 at 10/9c on CBS.
