The Vampire Diaries returns Thursday and the last time we left Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) he was the only one who know Bonnie’s (Kat Graham) secret. You know, the one where she’s dead.
TVGuide.com recently received an exclusive clip of the two talking as Jeremy continues to be her mouthpiece to her friends and family.
In the video, Jeremy is telling Bonnie that Caroline (Candice Accola) is waiting for her up at Whitmore and also that her dad is going to be devastated when he finds out his daughter has been dead all summer.
“How many post cards have I sent him? How many time has he called,” she asks. “I’ve done enough—he’s clearly not missing me.” Something tells me that's not going to hold up.

Watching Jeremy and Bonnie this season is going to be interesting simply because we get to see the ups and downs of their “new” relationship. Graham recently told TVGuide.com that their current situation allows them to really focus on them.
"There were always distractions and they weren't ever forced to always just 'be,'” said Graham. “You'll see a lot of us working together early on in the season."
I understand that Bonnie and Jeremy are best friends and soul mates, but won’t he eventually get tired of being her mouthpiece? Is he going to slip and inadvertently hint at Bonnie’s death? Will someone else figure it out on their own? Let’s see how long they last.
