Khloe Kardashian Divorce: Lamar Odom Prenuptial Agreement is Solid But Khloe Won't File, Afraid NBA Player Is Suicidal?

Kris Jenner and Bruce Jenner may have announced their separation, but Khloe Kardashian has yet to decide the future of her marriage.

However, if Khloe decides her marriage is at its end, it will be a smooth and simple divorce as everything has been predetermined in their prenuptial agreement.

"Sources close to the couple tell us ... Khloe is 'anxious' to end the marriage but, as we first reported, she hasn't had papers drawn up because she fears it could push Lamar over the edge -- she's worried he'll OD or commit suicide," TMZ reports.

"But we're told Khloe is waiting for the right time to make her move, and when she does the divorce will go without a hitch. That's because the prenup keeps the assets of Khloe and Lamar separate."

Still, Khloe is reportedly concerned most with the well being of her husband. Lamar's alleged drug abuse also has his former college coach Jim Harrick concerned, PerezHilton.com reports.

"I fear for his health, his safety, I thought everything was under control, but clearly it wasn't. I fear for his life. I worry about him, as if he was my own son. I love the guy," Harrick said. "When he can't face things, Lamar runs and hides to cope with the pressure. It's difficult being this giant superstar."

"I think all the deaths he's faced in his life, they're the things that have hurt him more than anything. No one should have to go through what he's had to. Now I fear the drug could kill him, or he could commit suicide. He's got too much to live for," the coach added.

As for Lamar's alleged cheating and rumored multiple affairs, Khloe will not be receiving extra money since an "infidelity clause" is non-existent in the prenup.
