Back in August, "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kim Richards was arrested for shoplifting close to $600 worth of items, and she has finally been sentenced for the incident, which was one of many for the reality star this year alone.
Richards, 51, was sentenced a plea deal that she is already pretty familiar with, as it is the exact same sentence she got when she was arrested for causing a drunken scene at a hotel back in April, according to TMZ. For the shoplifting incident, an L.A. judge has sentenced her 300 hours of community service, three years or probation and 52 AA meetings.
Since she has not yet completed the sentence from the hotel arrest, the judge has decided that she will not have to double up on the hours of community service and AA meetings so it's sort of like a two-in-one deal as she will be able to kill two birds with one stone.
This is the second time now that Richards has dodged jail time, and although she's never allowed back in a Target again, she's lucky the judge let her off this easy. The first time Richards was given this sentence, she tried to convince the court to allow her to do community service instead of community labor because of a knee injury, according to The Hollywood Gossip. The judge didn't buy it, though, so Richards will in fact be doing some manual labor to complete his orders.
