Michael Jordan's house in Chicago has been on the market since 2012, and the former basketball player has struggled to sell the 56,000-square-foot mansion for three years.
MJ has cut the asking price of the property down by half, to just under $15 million from $29 million, and has now sweetened the deal by throwing in a pair of every edition (29 in total) of Air Jordans ever made with the real estate, according to Maxim.
The buyer will get "a pair of every edition of signature Air Jordans in the buyer's size," said luxury real estate agent Kofi Nartey. "If the price is right, we can make almost anything happen."
Jordan's house is a nine-bedroom, 15-bathroom mansion that has everything - a basketball court, island putting green and full gym, a home theater, a wine cellar, a walk-in humidor and a massive pool area, according to The Washington Post.
Nartey has also created a website and videos dedicated to highlighting the home's insane features.
"The name Jordan is synonymous with success," Nartney says in one of the videos, according to New York Daily News. "How many times have you heard he is the Michael Jordan of this or she is the Michael Jordan of that? Well, this is the Michael Jordan of homes because this is Michael Jordan's home."
