Nick Offerman Invites Jimmy Fallon To Eat His Favorite Meats On ‘The Tonight Show’ (VIDEO)

Just like his "Parks and Recreation" character Ron Swanson, Nick Offerman loves meat. The actor brought his large appetite to "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" and invited the late night host to chow down on some kielbasa sausage, "Lady and the Tramp" style.

For Offerman's role as Ignatius J. Reilly in the play "A Confederacy of Dunces," he had put on a significant amount of weight. To put that weight on the actor snacked on his favorite meats throughout the day.

"I thought your viewers could work them into their own fall schedule," Offerman said. "I have a three-part plan laid out."

These fatty meats included bratwurst, turducken and something called "the flying pig," which is a pig that's been fed a turducken. Offerman also included a "salad" side dish that turned out to be a bowl of Wisconsin cheese curds.

"It's a nutty, meaty flavor, with hints of shoe leather and mink oil, and just a touch of regret," said Offerman of the flying pig.

To top off all the options, Fallon presented his meat-loving guest with kielbasa for the two to eat together. Accompanied with mood music from "The Tonight Show" house band, The Roots, Fallon and Offerman ate the sausage together.
