Arizona Cardinals offensive lineman Mike Iupati had to be taken off the field in an ambulance after a collision with Seattle Seahawks safety Kam Chancellor, according to Darin Gantt of Pro Football Talk. Iupati's CT scan and MRI have come back normal, according to Cardinals Vice President of Media Relations Mark Dalton.
The Cardinals guard was taken to the hospital with a neck injury, and has feeling in all his extremities, according to the Cardinals Team Twitter account.
Trainers strapped Iupati to a backboard and removed his facemask from his helmet. A video of the injury was posted by ClippitUsers Sports twitter account, and Iupati immediately went down after trying to put a block on Chancellor. This was a crucial game for both teams, as the Cardinals only sit two games ahead of the Seahawks in the standings.

Injuries of this significance remind players that there are more important things than a football game, like the health of a player. Former NFL offensive lineman and Super Bowl champion Mark Schlereth used his twitter account to ask for people to pray for Iupati.
