Paris Attacks: Algerian 'Refugee' Detained In Germany Due To Possible Involvement in Terror Attacks

An Algerian man staying in a German refugee center has been arrested by the police due to his possible involvement in Friday's Paris terrorist attacks. The man, suspected of being an accomplice or a confidant of the terrorists who took part in the deadly assault, is currently being detained in the town of Arsnberg in western Germany, according to The Union Times.

The "refugee" incited suspicion after allegedly telling several Syrian migrants in the refugee camp that terror and fear will spread over Paris during the days leading up to the attacks. He also allegedly spoke about a bomb, reports Breitbart News.

Ralf Jaeger, the Interior Minister for the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, states that no concrete connection has been made regarding the man and the terror attacks as of date. He did, however, made it clear that the situation was "very serious."

"There is currently an investigation into whether the man is an accomplice or a confidant," he said.

Jaeger further stated that German authorities are on the lookout for a number of Salafi Islamists who had been in Syria and Iraq, who are suspected of infiltrating German asylum shelters and aggressively attempting to indoctrinate those who have just arrived.
