Actresses Jacqueline Bracamontes and Roselyn Sanchez will co-host the live event for the first time together, as previously reported by HNGN. The awards ceremony kicks off at 8 p.m. and will be broadcast live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on the Univision Network.

Performers include international pop star Ricky Martin, Latin sensations J Balvin and Farruko, Nicky Jam and Omi, Maná, and a special performance from Maluma featuring all-girl pop group Fifth Harmony and Bomba Estéreo featuring actor and rapper Will Smith.

Mexican pop duo Jesse & Joy, Spanish musician Miguel Bosé, Puerto Rican reggaeton artist Yandel, pop girl trio Kaay, "West Side Story" star Rita Moreno and Miss Universe 2014 Paulina Vega are all set to present awards in some of the night's top categories.

The red carpet event "Noche De Estrellas" ("Night Of The Stars") will be presented exclusively on Univision and will feature coverage of the celebrity arrivals, starting at 7 p.m. ET.
