There have been some huge songs in 2015, but two of the year's biggest hits have been "Hello" by Adele and "Hotline Bling" by Drake. The two music stars put out two very different types of music, but that does not mean they can't work together. In a recent interview with etalk's Danielle Graham, Adele revealed that she is itching to work with the Canadian rapper.
"I really want us to do an official remix," Adele said of "Hotline Bling." "I love Drake. I love Drake so much. I even got the coat that's in the video - I got it delivered the other day, I ordered it. The red one."
Adele has been very public about her love for Drake and even revealed that there is a drunken video of her singing the song.
"I had a drink like three weeks ago [with] my best friends, in fact it was to celebrate 'Hello,'" she said. "And I was off my face because I don't really drink anymore, and they've got video of me dancing to ['Hotline Bling'] on a coffee table as well."
The feeling seemed to be mutual for the two superstars. Over the weekend, Drake posted an illustration of him with the "Hello" singer on his Instagram account.
"Me and my main ting just coolin," he captioned the photo.
As the world waits for the Adele and Drake collaboration, plenty of artists have explored versions of both "Hello" and "Hotline Bling," according to Rolling Stone. Justin Bieber, Sufjan Stevens and Sam Smith with Disclosure all covered the Drake track, while Demi Lovato and Rick Ross have explored Adele's first single from "25."
