Michael Lohan's wife Kate Major was detained by authorities Thursday for her drunken behavior on a flight bound for Los Angeles, according to TMZ.
Major was heavily intoxicated on the Jet Blue flight and got into a heated argument with flight attendants and fellow passengers over leg room.
Airport police picked her up as soon as the plane landed in New Orleans, where the pilot made an emergency landing following Major's drunk misconduct, which includes allegedly threatening a flight attendant.
Major, who was apparently on her way to a 30-day rehab program, was in the inebriated state thanks to a few shots she enjoyed at the Ft. Lauderdale airport bar. She and Lohan recently lost custody of their kids after social workers obtained footage of the couple fighting in front of the children.
This isn't the first time the 33-year-old has been arrested. Major was placed under arrest in April for a drunken assault on Lohan, as HNGN previously reported.
