"Star Wars: The Force Awakens" is now less than two weeks away from opening and the cast of one of the most highly-anticipated films of the year are in full media tour mode. Last night, Harrison Ford stopped by "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" where he discussed the broken leg he sustained during filming of the movie and even drank a shot with the late night host.
The previous night, the director of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," J.J. Abrams, was on "The Tonight Show" and told the story about how he broke his back trying to lift a door off of Ford's leg after Ford had an on set accident, which required him to stop filming for six months to let the injury heal. Fallon wanted to know exactly how everything went down and presented Ford with a Han Solo action figure so he could demonstrate how he got injured.
"They closed a f--king door on me!" said Ford.
Ford then grabbed the action figure and ripped the toy's leg completely off.
"Hey, that's worth a lot of money," yelled Fallon as Ford continued to destroy the action figure, ultimately ripping off its pants, legs and hair.
The host of "The Tonight Show" then served the actor a hybrid "Star Wars"/Fallon-inspired cocktail called The Millennium Fallon. The drink was concocted by Jim Meehan of the New York City bar Please Don't Tell. The drink is supposed to look like a lightsaber due to the LED light the glass sits on and the colored blocks of ice put into it.
"How cool is that, right?" Fallon asked Ford.
"What's cool?" responded Ford, who was reluctant to drink the beverage at first, but after some encouragement from the audience, downed the shot along with Fallon.
