Josh Hartnett and Tamsin Egerton are officially parents! The 90s heartthrob and his longtime girlfriend welcomed their first child in London at the end of November, according to E! News. They announced the pregnancy back in July, and the sex of the baby is still unknown.
The "Penny Dreadful" actor already looks like a total natural in the dad department, as he was seen already taking on fatherly duties as soon as they left the hospital, Hollywood Life reported. He was carrying his newborn in its carrier while Egerton followed close by. A hint of a pink blanket was seen peeping out of the carrier, hinting that it could possibly be a girl.
The two met on the set of "The Lovers" in 2010, but they didn't make things official until 2012 while filming "Singularity," according to the Daily Mail. Their relationship has been kept extremely private ever since, which is how he prefers it to be.
"I purposefully didn't want people to know too much about my personal life because I think a lot of people give it away for free," the 37-year-old "Pearl Harbor" actor told USA Today in May. "I think if you spend too much time courting people's attention into your personal life, you lose ownership of it. That's why I make sure my life is my own. I was not a dumb kid. I was a little bit wary of this business. I saw what it could do to people pretty quickly."
