Charlie Sheen's Ex-Fiancée Sues After HIV Revelation, Claims He Forced Her To Have Abortion To Prevent 'Retarded Child'

Ever since Charlie Sheen revealed that he is HIV positive on Nov. 17 on the "Today" show, a lot of his exes have been coming forward, claiming that Sheen had never informed them that he was aware of this life-changing diagnosis. While Sheen says that he had been up front with everybody about the diagnosis, which he found out about roughly four years ago, turns out that his ex-fiancée, porn star Brett Rossi, had no idea he that was HIV-positive prior to having sex with him.

Rossi, 26, whose real name is Scottine, filed a lawsuit Thursday for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress claims, according to ABC News. The lawsuit, which also claims that he was verbally and physically abusive, says that she and Sheen had unprotected sex five times before he ever told her that he was HIV positive. The two first met in November 2013 when she agreed to have sex with the 50-year-old "Two and a Half Men" actor for $10,000. They then got engaged in January 2014, but it ended later that year.

"As a result of this exposure, (Ross) has suffered serious emotional distress from a reasonable fear that she will contract HIV," the lawsuit reads. It even says that he would often call her an "ungrateful bitch" and at one point he told her, "Don't you ever f-king hit me. I'll f-king kill you."

If Rossi would have known he was HIV positive when they first met, she claims that she would have never had sex with him and their relationship would have never happened. Rossi claims in the lawsuit that once he finally revealed his diagnosis to her after they had already had sex five times, they had a "heart to heart" and decided to stay together. Since he was already on treatment to help prevent the transmission of HIV, the two agreed to "engage in unprotected sexual intercourse like a normal couple."

Another part of the lawsuit also claims that he forced her into getting an abortion after allegedly going off on her saying she'd be giving birth to a "retarded child" given his HIV status, according to TMZ. She found out she was pregnant in March 2014, and Sheen freaked out, saying that he did not want a child with the same HIV status as him.

Sheen "became extremely upset" with Rossi because he didn't want his child to have his "HIV-positive" blood type, the complaint obtained by FOX411 read. When she refused, he "erupted into a fit of rage" and "threatened to kick her to the curb."

When Sheen got word of the lawsuit, his attorney, Martin D. Singer, revealed that he plans on fighting Rossi's claims. "Charlie Sheen intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Scottine Ross," Singer told Us Weekly. "We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail in this action and will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her."
