A South Carolina man who claimed that he was "turning into the Hulk" was arrested after he caused a public disturbance at a bank on Thursday morning, deputies revealed.
Employees of the Wells Fargo of Reidville Road in Moore, S.C. called deputies and reported a man, identified as 30-year-old Cale Strickland, driving a maroon Ford Ranger who refused to leave the bank's parking lot at 9 a.m.
When the police arrived on the scene, they saw that the man was "shaking uncontrollably" and "could not sit still inside the truck" that was still running, according to Fox Carolina. Investigative reports also state that Strickland "appeared to be intoxicated and started to talk to imaginary people and was not making any sense," according to the Daily Star.
Strickland was eventually apprehended by the police and EMS was called because the suspect's heart rate was at 120 beats per minute.
"He stated that the body could do this and he was turning into the Hulk but would not turn green," the police report stated, according to CBS Atlanta. The suspect also reportedly cursed loudly around customers. He is currently detained at the Spartanburg County Detention Center and is facing charges for public disorderly conduct.
