Colton Haynes is trying something new. The 27-year-old former "Teen Wolf" and "Arrow" star shared a photo of himself showing off his nipple piercing.
"I'm really feeling this artistic shot I just took," he caption the photo on Twitter and Instagram. He added the hashtags, "#Art #Beauty #Model #Hope #Sandwich #CarryOnLuggage #Lamp #BedBath&Beyonce #ImJustMakingUpHashtags #Harvard."
Haynes' new body piercing was met with mixed reviews, leaving some fans thinking that his piercing was "cool," while others were confused by Haynes' new stunt.
Earlier this month, Haynes shared an article from Upvote that discussed the relationship between anxiety and social status and opened up about his 15-year battle with "intense anxiety" in a series of tweets.
"For those of you who are suffering with intense anxiety...ur not alone," he wrote on his Twitter account. "It's been a constant struggle for me since 5th grade. It's a battle. Whether it be fainting, hyperventilating, or seizures... I've been through it. Just know ur not alone & it affects more ppl than you would ever know. We can overcome this. We can fight thru it & will."
Haynes also admitted that his personal struggle affected both his personal and professional life, writing, "I've quit jobs because of anxiety, flaked on social events, family gatherings, birthdays, important movie/work tests. Its a serious problem."
"Be there for those who struggle with anxiety & realize it's a serious disorder. It's not a case of 'being dramatic'...its a life long struggle. Love those suffering. Anxiety has caused me to be extremely agoraphobic & living in constant fear of leaving my house at times. Ur not alone," he concluded.
