YouTube star Steven Fernandez has been arrested for using his popularity as a way to allegedly seduce an underage girl. The 15-year-old skateboarder was arrested Wednesday after police say he used his celebrity status to sexually exploit an underage girl, according to TMZ. Police say Fernandez met the 12-year-old girl in Compton, his hometown, last month when the investigation began.
It all started when Fernandez lured the victim into a car and allegedly promised to introduce her to big name celebrities in exchange for sexual acts, police say, adding that he also promised he would allow her to appear on his non-existent MTV show. The girl apparently agreed, and a sexual act was allegedly committed.
