Justin Bieber Graffitis 'Free Breezy' and Pro-Marijuana Message on Public Wall in Colombia (PHOTOS)

While hanging out in Bogota, Colombia last week, a city where street art is permitted, Justin Bieber graffitied a supportive message for Chris Brown as well as a pro-marijuana tag and a shout-out to his dead hamster, TMZ reports.

Chris Brown has entered a rehab facility to deal with his unresolved issues, having recently been to court to answer for an alleged assault. Brown and his bodyguard reportedly attacked a couple of fans who stepped into a photo after Brown allegedly made the homophobic comment, "I'm not into this gay s**t, I feel like boxing."

"His goal [in rehab] is to gain focus and insight into his past and recent behavior, enabling him to continue the pursuit of his life and his career from a healthier vantage point," Brown's rep said in a statement.

Brown, who has been on probation since his assault on Rihanna in 2009, has since had a number of physical scuffles with celebrities and legal run-ins, and many speculate that the pop star is struggling with an addiction to drugs.

It seems that Bieber supports that controversial star, however, having tagged "Free Breezy" on a concrete wall in Bogota and paid tribute to his now-deceased pet hamster, Pac. Bieber also spray-painted a marijuana leaf along with his name and the word "relax," possibly showing his support for the drug's legalization.

Although Brown is not currently in jail, if convicted of assault, he could face up to mix months in prison and a $1,000 fine. Bieber presumably tagged the message at the time that "Breezy" was behind bars over the weekend. He is set for a preliminary hearing on Nov. 25.
