Marx, 52, known for the 1989 chart-topping hit "Right Here Waiting," made the announcement via Instagram on Christmas Day. "On December 23rd, 2015 the magnificent @daisyfuentes gave me the honor of becoming my wife. #Aspen," he captioned a wedding picture of himself with his new wife. Fuentes, 49, also took to social media to share photos from the nuptials. "This happened & I couldn't be happier. Nos casamos y más feliz no puedo estar @richardmarx #myhusband #aspen." "I did! #love #aspen Mr & Mrs," she captioned another picture of the newlyweds, according to Gossip Cop.
The couple were in a relationship for about a year and featured together in the music video of Marx's 2014 single, "Beautiful Goodbye," which they co-wrote, E! News reported.
Marx and Fuentes have both been married before. Marx was married to actress and dancer Cynthia Rhodes for 25 years between 1989 and 2014 and has three children with her, whereas Fuentes' tied the knot with actor Timothy Adams in 1991. Their marriage lasted four years.
