On tonight's season premiere of TLC's extreme weight loss reality series "My 600-lb Life," Nikki Webster opens up about her struggle with small, everyday tasks like getting out of bed in the morning and showering because of her size. In a sneak peek for tonight's episode obtained by People, Webster explains what her life is like at 636 pounds.
"Life doesn't ever go like you plan, but there are moments where you see the consequences of not changing what you know is hurting you," says Webster, 33, in the clip.
She goes on to explain that she suffers from pain and her bones ache from supporting her weight. She feels trapped because it's so hard for her to move her body and she can't stand up for very long because of the pain.
"The hardest thing for me to live with is my stomach," says Webster. "It's so heavy that it gets in the way of everything. Even getting in and out of the shower is exhausting. To just squeeze myself in there takes all my breath away."
She gets emotional when talking about her body and her weight, which is a result of her battle with food addiction. She says she hardly looks at herself in the mirror because she doesn't like what she sees.
"Bodies shouldn't look like this," she says, choking back tears.
