In a little over two weeks the highly anticipated sequel "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" will be released. Trailers have been released to give fans a sneak peek at the upcoming movie but now a minute-long movie clip has found its way to the Internet, Entertainment Weekly reports.
In the clip, set to Christina Auguilera's "We Remain," fans get a glimpse at the relationships behind the scenes and less about the Arena. It shows viewers an emotional conversation between Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) and Peeta Mallerk (Josh Hutcherson).
It also shows an intense conversation between the Girl of Fire and her friend Gale Hawthorne (Liam Hemsworth); the two even share a kiss. Following her return to District 12 after winning the 74th game, Katniss becomes a leader. People loved that she went against the Capital and broke the rules so she and Peeta could both win the game.
However, her popularity is seen as threat by President Snow who hatches a plan to try and eliminate both Katniss and Peeta. Katniss realizes she is being looked as a beacon of hope for people and is not sure if she wants that role.
Gale believes in her and is determined to turn her into a leader. The sequel of "The Hunger Games" picks up when Katniss and Peeta return home and start a "Victory Tour." After visiting all twelve districts, she is sent back into the Arena for the Quarter Quell, a competition that takes place every 25 years in which old and new tributes must fight to the death.
Katniss is put in a tough situation and will either have to figure out to survive the Arena on her own or remain a leader for the underclass and break a few rules.
"The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" hits theaters Nov. 22.
