On last night's episode of E!'s hit series "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," Kourtney Kardashian showed off her revenge body with a nude photo shoot, Kendall Jenner had a heart-to-heart with her dad Caitlyn Jenner and Khloé Kardashian spoke to an emotional Scott Disick, who contemplated committing suicide.

Little sister Kylie Jenner admitted that Kourtney is her "favorite sister right now" because Kourtney has been focused on taking care of herself and her kids in the midst of her breakup from longtime boyfriend Scott Disick. Kourtney has been hitting the gym harder since their split and she showed off her revenge body in a series of nude shots during a photo shoot.
Kendall Jenner
After opening up to her little sister Kylie and telling her how she felt about their father's transition from Bruce to Caitlyn, Kendall's having a particularly hard time because she misses doing fun, "boyish" things with her dad like dirt biking. Kylie told Caitlyn about how Kendall felt, and the two had a heart-to-heart and they patched things up.
Scott Disick
While Kourtney was busy focusing on her health and her children, Disick had a hard time adjusting to living life alone. He showed up at mom Kris Jenner's house unannounced in a previous episode and expressed how alone he's felt since his breakup with Kourtney. He told Kim, Kourtney, Kris and Khloé that if it weren't for his kids, he would contemplate suicide in a previous episode, but he really hit rock bottom during a trip to New York. While Kylie was visiting Kris and Kim at their home, Kim got a three-way phone call from Khloé, who was on the other line with Disick.
"Why did you send me that message?" Khloé asked. "Are you OK?"
"I just... I just can't do this," Scott said.
"What does that mean you can't do this?" Khloé asked. "Did you take anything today?"
Kim mouthed to her mother to call the police because Disick was upset and seemed suicidal because he said he couldn't go on without his family. The women knew he needed help but were not sure where he was staying in New York. Kris' quick thinking came in handy, and she reached out to his friend Chris Reda, who was in New York with Disick, to go to his room to check on him.
"I'll never f--king meet anybody more beautiful than her, and I love her," Scott said about Kourtney. "But she doesn't love me."
"She definitely does love you, but she wants you to get better and love yourself," Khloé told Scott, buying time until Reda arrived at his hotel room.
"My life is officially over, I just want it over," Scott said. "And I just wanted you to know."
Disick hung up when Reda showed up at the hotel room, and Reda confirmed that Disick was OK and in his care.
