Amy Schumer called out a teen film critic on Monday after he shamed her sex life on Twitter, according to Variety.
Jackson Murphy, 17, who owns the website Lights-Camera-Jackson, tweeted a picture of himself with the "Trainwreck" star at the Critics' Choice Awards on Sunday, captioned, "Spent the night with @amyschumer. Certainly not the first guy to write that."
The joke didn't go down too well with Schumer, who called out the teenager for his joke. "I get it. Cause I'm a whore? Glad I took a photo with you. Hi to your dad," the comedian replied.
Murphy, who has since deleted his tweet, immediately apologized to Schumer for his joke. "I truly apologize," he wrote. "Thought you'd like the joke. I should leave the comedy to you! Thanks for the photo. Glad you won last night!"
The critic expressed his regret in a following tweet, apologizing to Schumer before adding that he's "not a comedian and it wasn't funny," according to E!.
Schumer, who bagged the award for Best Actress in a comedy and the MVP Award at Sunday night's festivities, forgave Murphy for his tweet shortly after. "That's really okay honey," she tweeted. "I just remember thinking you and your dad were sweet and it was a bummer to read that."
