Benji Madden thinks his wife Cameron Diaz is a bad ass - in a good way, of course. In a sweet Instagram post, the 36-year-old Good Charlotte rocker couldn't help but gush about his wife's accomplishments, including her upcoming tome "The Longevity Book."
"I Couldn't be more proud of my Bad Ass wife. She wakes up every day on a mission to try and make the world a better place. I'm always amazed by the courage, strength and vulnerability she shows, relentlessly encouraging other women to love themselves," he captioned the post, which featured the cover of his Diaz's new book.
"It has been amazing to get to watch her journey with her New book! #theLongevityBook #April5th @thebodybook @camerondiaz #lovemywife," added Madden.
Diaz shared her book's cover with her 2.5 million followers on Instagram and Twitter.
"I am so excited I can barely contain myself!!" Diaz captioned her post of the book's cover, which is a close-up of her nearly makeup-free face. "I am so proud of this book and very much looking forward to engaging us all in a new conversation about aging - how to do it with strength, grace, health and wisdom."
"The Longevity Book" - which goes on sale April 5 - is a follow-up to Daiz's No. 1 New York Times best-seller "The Body Book." The new book will focus on "the science of aging, the biology of strength, and the privilege of time."
