Pee-wee Herman is back! Paul Reubens slips back into his character's ill-fitting suit and takes off on another adventure in the Netflix original movie "Pee-wee's Big Holiday."
The Judd Apatow production is the first Pee-wee Herman movie since the 1985 cult classic, "Pee-wee's Big Adventure." Reubens co-wrote the new movie with comedy writer and actor, Paul Rust. John Lee will direct.
In "Pee-wee's Big Holiday," a fateful meeting with a mysterious stranger inspires Pee-Wee Herman to take his first-ever holiday. The film about friendship and destiny also stars Joe Manganiello, Jessica Pohly, Alia Shawkat and Stephanie Beatriz.
The first teaser trailer shows Pee-wee's unconventional way of waking up in the morning and his fascination with a traffic light just like the ones he's seen in National Geographic. Watch the full promo clip below.
"Pee-wee's Big Holiday" premieres on Friday, March 18 on Netflix.
