It has been over six months since Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick officially called it quits, and it seems as though the parents of three are getting along great post-split. The 36-year-old "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star opened up to Ellen DeGeneres about her relationship with Disick and where they stand today.
"How is he? What's going on? Are you all together or are you not together?" Ellen DeGeneres asked Kardashian in a sneak peak at Monday's episode.
"Well, we're not together," Kourtney replied. "I feel like every day is different, but we're totally getting along. Like, we have three beautiful kids together...But, you know, he's family. He'll always be."
Kardashian and Disick share two sons, Mason, 6 and Regin, 1, as well as daughter Penelope, 3. The couple separated back in July 2015 after pictures were released of Disick cozying up to one of his ex-gorlfriends, as HNGN previously reported. Since the breakup, Disick has been trying to better himself and entered a rehabilitation program, and he has not been seen drinking any alcohol at his promotional club appearances, according to E! News.
