ISIS: Paris Attacks Celebratory Video Released, Shows Militants Practicing Before Assault

ISIS released a new video Sunday celebrating the Nov. 13 Paris attacks and showing nine of the militants who were allegedly responsible for the incident, beheading and shooting captives, as well as training with weapons while plotting the attacks.

The 18-minute video, titled "Kill Them Wherever You Find Them," begins with a highly produced and edited montage of various news outlets reporting on the Paris attacks, reported CNN. It then identifies nine of men, using their ISIS aliases, who the militant group claims carried out the mass murder.

"The following are the final messages of the nine lions of the khilafah who were mobilized from their dens to bring an entire country - France - to her knees," the video reads.

Among the messages, are ones from Abdelhamid Abaaoud, the Paris attacks' alleged ringleader, Bilal Hadfi, who blew himself up outside France's national stadium, and Samy Amimour, who blew himself up outside the Bataclan.

"You destroy our homes and kill our fathers, our brothers, our sisters, our mothers, our children," says Hadfi, in a message directed at the U.S.-led coalition against ISIS, according to FOX News.

"Soon on the Champs-Elysées," says Amimour, as he holds a captive's head aloft.

"We will not stop fighting you in every part of the world, regardless of whether you are on a tourism trip or a work trip, or are fast asleep in your homes. So expect more," Abaaoud warned, according to ABC News.

The video goes on to show the beheading of seven people at an unidentified location, it also indicates that United Kingdom could be ISIS' next target based on review from CNN's terrorism analyst Paul Cruickshank.

The Paris attacks on Nov. 13, which targeted a soccer stadium, concert hall and several restaurants, left 130 people dead. All ISIS members with a direct link to the attack are presumed dead, with the exception of Salah Abdeslam, 26, who most recently is believed to be in either Morocco or Syria.
