Super Bowl 50 is almost a week away, and while there is still plenty of anticipation and lead up to the Big Game, there have already been some weird stories that have come out since audiences found out they'll be watching the Denver Broncos against the Carolina Panthers.
Arguably the best one to come out so far is Levi's Stadium's grounds crew's error in painting the end zones both with the Broncos logo. The Panthers are on pace for a historic season with a 17-1 record, but don't tell the Levi's Stadium's grounds crew, as the paint remains of the Broncos orange can still be seen from the mistake in the endzone. A photo taken by CBS photographer James Martin can be seen below.
The mishap with the endzones isn't the only funny goof to happen this week, as some Super Bowl 50 t-shirts have some terrible letter and number replacements. The counterfeit t-shirt that can be seen below advertises for "SUPER SOWL" at Levi's Stadium.
If you're not as much about the game, as you are about the party, then this next one might be for you. A general admission ticket to Maxim Super Bowl party with Lil Wayne and A$AP Rocky will cost you $895, according to ESPN's Darren Rovell.
The NFL has been strict on excessive celebrations in the past, but Butterfinger is doing whatever they can to get the most out of players in Super Bowl 50, as they have offered to cover up to $50,000 in fines for players who choose to excessively celebrate in the big game, according to Rovell.
Super Bowl 50 has already provided plenty of quirky stories and silly mistakes, and there will likely be more leading up to the big game, as the Super Bowl seems to always provide some of the weirdest stories of the year.
