There are many secrets on The CW’s “Reign”. Some have been kept close to the vest like Mary and Aylee’s* scheme to fool Catherine. Others have been more publicized such as Kenna and King Henry’s affair.
One of the biggest secrets so far is the reason Catherine hates Mary. At the beginning of the series we learned Nostradamus had a vision which showed if Mary married Francis, Francis would die.
According to EOnline, this secret (which Catherine has done a fairly good job hiding) will be discovered by someone else and things are going to get really bad.

In last week’s episode Bash was threatened by one of the pagans for interrupting a sacrifice. Olivia’s friend and servant had been taken by the pagan’s and hung upside down for the sacrifice. Their blood was being drained into a bowl. When Bash and his men arrived, he cut down the servant after realizing he was still alive. (He was not able to recover and later died.) In tonight’s episode Bash will have to deal with the threat.
The pagan told him that to make up for the interruption, he would have to choose someone to sacrifice. If he didn’t then they would pick someone. According to the preview for tonight’s episode the pagans have done the choosing. Their choice? Mary.
