On this week's episode of Khloé Kardashian's hit FYI late night talk show "Kocktails with Khloé," the reality TV star invites television personality Ross Mathews, model and actress Carmen Electra and pop singer JoJo as guests to chat and enjoy signature cocktails. In a sneak peek for the Wednesday (Feb. 24) episode, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star opens up to give her honest perspective of her relationship and marriage to her estranged husband, former NBA pro Lamar Odom.
Sitting at the island counter top in the kitchen of the "Kocktails with Khloé" set, Electra asks Kardashian, "Do you want to get married?"
"I do, but technically I'm still f--cking married," the 31-year-old host answers, laughing. "But I do, one day honey. I need to get married again. But at this point, I don't know what tomorrow's gonna bring. But I know I'm gonna get out of this relationship just to say, 'Okay that was a bad little course, let's cut this off,' and we'll see what happens."
Even though she doesn't name him, Kardashian is referring to her marriage to Odom, which has been complicated from the start, according to E! News. They married one month after meeting in 2009, and they split in 2013 after Kardashian revealed Odom's infidelity and drug addiction. Kardashian filed for divorce two years later, but called it off after Odom was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel and suffered a near-fatal overdose. Kardashian has remained by her estranged husband's side ever since.
"Could you control, alt, delete and restart with somebody that you had been with?" Mathews asks.
"I hope so," Kardashian says. "The best dream would be like, 'Okay, I hope that first marriage could happen again but it's really hard to erase everything that happened. But just building a friendship back is what I'm doing now. It's nothing intimately, just pure love and I want someone to learn how to love themselves again."
