Elton John: Janet Jackson Can ‘F--k Off,’ Claims She Lip-Synchs

Elton John has never been one to suppress his thought or feelings. Recently, the music legend sat down with Rolling Stone for the magazine's latest cover story where he called out Janet Jackson for reportedly lip-synching during some of her live shows.

"You know, f--king music magazines writing a review of Janet Jackson saying, 'This is the greatest show - four-and-a-half stars,'" he told Rolling Stone. "It's f--king lip-synched! Hello! That's not a show! I'd rather go and see a drag queen. F--k off."

Jackson, who is currently on a world tour in support of her 11th studio album "Unbreakable," was not the only singer John dissed during his interview. The outspoken singer also called out Billy Joel in the article.

Years ago, John and Joel got into a very public feud after John called out Joel for not helping him with his problem with alcohol, according to Us Weekly. While the two made up after the fight, John made it seem as though everything had not been cleared up.

"He's one of the great American songwriters. But I know when people used to say to me, 'You're wasting your life,' I'd go, 'F--k off!' and I wouldn't speak to them for two years," he said. "Billy was pissed [about my public comments], and I understand."

Over the years, John has gotten into multiple fights with other musicians, most notably Madonna. More than a decade ago, John made a similar lip-synching comment about the Material Girl when, according to E! News, he said: "Madonna, best live act? F--k off. Since when has lip-synching been live?"

John reflected about his words about Madonna in the recent Rolling Stone cover story, admitting that he "probably went too far."

"I got very personal and I wrote her - she was very gracious," John revealed.
