Amanda Seyfried has a new beau!
The 30-year-old actress is dating 39-year-old "Newsroom" actor Thomas Sadoski!
The couple first became friends last year on the set of the off-Broadway production "The Way We Get By." Their friendship soon turned into a relationship when they reunited to film the upcoming comedic drama "The Last Word."
"Amanda and Thomas are definitely dating right now. She's no longer single," a source close to the couple said.
The "Love the Coopers" star was spotted holding on to Sadoski as they walked towards their trailers on their film's set in Pasadena, Calif., Wednesday.
Sadoski, best known for playing Don Keefer on the hit HBO series "Newsroom," currently stars on the CBS comedy "Life in Pieces" as middle child Matt. The actor's film credits include "Wild," "I Smile Back" and the upcoming "John Wick" sequel.
Seyfried was previously in a relationship with actor Justin Long for more than two years. The couple parted ways this past September.
"They had different schedules and different lives. They just grew apart," a source said at the time.
However, another source revealed that the reason why the couple split was because the "Live Free or Die Hard" actor wanted to get married to Seyfried, but she "wasn't ready to make the commitment" and was interested in another man.
Before Long, Seyfried was dating her "Mamma Mia!" co-star Dominic Cooper on and off for two years before calling it quits in 2010. The actress was also romantically linked to Ryan Phillippe and "Dexter" actor Desmond Harrington.
Sadoski split from his wife of eight years, casting director Kimberly Hope, last October.
In "The Last Word," Seyfried plays a young journalist who is given an assignment to write an obituary about a highly-successful - and still living - retired businesswoman played by Shirley MacLaine. Sadoski plays a local DJ who falls for Seyfried's character.
The movie - which also stars Anne Heche, Scott Speedman, Tom Everest Scott and Phillip Baker - is directed by Mark Pellington from a script written by Stuart Fink. A release date has yet to be announced.
