‘Game of Thrones’ Season 6 Spoilers: Ian McShane Doesn’t Care If He Leaked Story Details

Warning: The following contains spoilers for HBO's "Game of Thrones."

Last week, actor Ian McShane not-so-indirectly dropped a few MAJOR spoilers for the upcoming sixth season of HBO's "Game of Thrones" in which the "Deadwood" star has a one-episode character arc. In an interview, McShane revealed that his character will be bringing someone back from the dead this year. Obviously, our immediate thought was Kit Harington's Jon Snow; the guy did get stabbed multiple times in the chest during the season five finale, after all. However, it turns out that McShane may have been talking in more metaphorical terms as he strongly hinted that his character would be bringing back Sandor Clegane AKA The Hound.

Knowing that "Game of Thrones" is now surpassing the timeline of George R.R. Martin's novel series and the fact that HBO, for the first time in "GoT's" six season run, will not be sending out advance screeners to critics, people got all up in arms about McShane's spoiler-y reveals. Though the scenes and characters he described do take place in the book, fans still took to Twitter and the like to complain and rant. However, none of that uproar is bothering McShane himself.

"You say the slightest thing and the Internet goes ape," he said. "I was accused of giving the plot away, but I just think get a f---ing life. It's only tits and dragons."

Look, there's an argument both for and against McShane's actions. I can understand why people got so upset. But what cannot be denied is how hilarious of a response he gave. What's even funnier is that he goes on to potentially spoil yet another plot from the upcoming sixth season. The cajones on this guy!

"They asked me if I wanted to do Game of Thrones and I said, 'Sure, I'll be able to see my old pals Charlie Dance and Stephen Dillane' and they said, 'No, we've them off.' I wasn't sure whether I would commit, but then they said it would only be for one episode, so I said, 'So that means I must die at the end of it. Great, I'm in.'"

Now they not be a true blue spoiler as book readers who have pieced together McShane's character's identity can tell you. But still, for those that haven't dove into Martin's novels, that's a pretty big reveal right there. The guy obviously has zero chill when it comes to today's spoiler culture and some part of me just respects it.

Keep doing your thing, McShane. But please don't spoil anything about the "Deadwood" movie, you know, if it actually ever happens.
