James Corden And Cuba Gooding Jr. Have Epic Break-Dance Dance Off [VIDEO]

Is there anything that James Corden can’t do? The host of “The Late Late Show” has already proved his hosting and singing skills, but last night the Brit proved he is a good dancer too. During Monday night’s show, Corden welcomed Cuba Gooding Jr., Jon Bernthal and Don Cheadle to his show where a break-dance dance off went down in the middle of the show.

It all started when “Daredevil” actor Bernthal told Corden and his guests a story about how he and his best friend from childhood used to put on dance shows when they were in elementary school.

“Me and Dougie used to put on these lip-synch concerts for our moms and any little first grade girls who would watch us,” he explained. “We would strip - not like strip strip, but open our shirts and get down.”

Corden then enticed Bernthal, asking him to prove that he did indeed have some moves. The actor was reluctant at first, but then got up and showed off his moves to Corden, the guests and the audience. When Bernthal was done dancing, Gooding got up to issue a challenge to a well-known good dancer from the “Magic Mike" films.

“That's right, Channing Tatum or whatever your name is,” Gooding said after he stood up off the couch. “It’s a challenge! Magic Don and Jon and Sweet Willy.”

Corden wanted to know why he was the only one in the room who did not make the cut to be on the break-dance squad, and the actor told him he had to prove his ability first. The host obliged, but grabbed Gooding to show off his footwork as well. The “People v. O.J. Simpson” actor first showed off his moves by sliding around the stage, but then Corden got up and blew Gooding away. The host spun, jumped and even did the worm at one point, proving he could dance just as well as Gooding and Bernthal. In the end, Gooding admitted defeat and got on his knees and bowed down to Corden.

“He wormed on you,” Cheadle said. “He wormed on you, son.”
