Kourtney Kardashian Reveals The Foods She Cut Out To Obtain Her New Toned Body

Kourtney Kardashian has not been shy about showing off her new revenge body ever since she split from her boyfriend of almost 10 years, Scott Disick, in the summer of 2015. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star opened up about the steps she took to get in shape, and the 37-year-old said it was important to work out, but that it is also necessary to treat the inside of the body well too.

Kardashian has been undergoing an "intense" workout regimen over the past couple of months to get in tip-top shape for the summer, but the reality star also said she cut out all gluten and dairy products.

"I think what you put into your body with food and how much water you drink...I think it's just as important what you put inside as what you put on your skin," she said. "So right this second, we're doing gluten-free, dairy-free and so are my kids. We're doing six weeks."

Kardashian said that the new diet was not too much of a struggle for her and her three kids, Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 1, and that dairy was the easiest thing to replace.

"There are so many milk and cheese options, so that hasn't been as hard. But they're gluten-free, too, and that's been really hard," she said. "Once you figure out the things that you can and can't have, it makes it much easier. I think we're finally starting to find some things that are good. I've found some bakeries that bake chocolate chip cookies - you know, different stuff - so we're not totally missing out."

While Kardashian stresses a healthy diet, she is also very into her new workout routine.

"I think I take time for myself now to work out every day, which I never did - especially having three young kids," Kardashian said. "I just never made it a priority, and now it just makes me feel so much better - mentally and physically, just to really take that time."

The mother of three's newfound love of going to the gym was inspired by her sister, Khloé Kardashian, who is also currently in the best shape of her life.

"I know for my body, I need four to five days a week of working out," she explained. "Khloé and I really push each other to do that."
