Episode 8 of "Married at First Sight," Season 4 proved to be a cocktail of different experiences for the different couples. While for one couple it turned out to be the end of their journey, for another two the situation improved and it looks like there is much scope for the two pairs to form a stronger bond in future.
Starting off, Heather Seidel and Derek Schwartz called it quits on "Married at First Sight" and went on separate ways after wishing each other good luck, reports suggest. Though Derek wanted to proceed further with their marriage, Heather was in no mood to give it another chance. She did not think they would be able to bounce back after the bitter fights.
However, it was tough on her part to say goodbye as well, but she eventually went with the tough decision. As for Derek, he was visibly upset that "Married at First Sight" did not click for him but refrained from complaining. He was worried about breaking the news to his family, friends, and co-workers. Luckily, his friend John Pierre boosted his morale greatly and also made him see the brighter side of the situation.
Talking of brighter side, another two couples i.e. Tom and Lillian and Nick and Sonia worked with communication expert Rachel DeAlto to get over the hiccups in their married life. She helped the couple take a positive look at their relationship.
In Tom and Lillian's case, Lillian was traumatized after injuring her shoulder, which took a toll on their bonding. However, Rachel advised Tom about the right way of approaching her and asked him to support her. Tom did as guided and ultimately, things got better. At the end, they were given an assignment to better their sex life.
Nick and Sonia's bonding too improved with the intervention of Rachel on the show "Married at First Sight." She gave them a little homework and it led to the two having a lot of fun. What is more, she sent them to a tantric masseuse to create more intimacy between the couple and the results appeared to be great.
