A new rap king has been able to surpass the legendary rap artist Marshall Mathers aka Eminem and it's none other than UK's Harry Shotta.
The British whizz left his fans in an awestruck moment when he overshadowed the rap prodigy Eminem by holding the Guinness World Record for having the most words in his hit single.
Shotta turned heads when he produced his 2015 hit single titled as "Animal" along with Phantasy and Dextone, collectively referred to as "The Harry Shotta Show", eventually hogging the limelight and gradually becoming a part of the mainstream success.
This is where Shotta took the lead and broke the rapping record of the American rapper Eminem.
As per the Guinness Book of Words Records of 2017, Shotta's hit single "Animal" contains 1,771 words that too in a six minute and nine second song while Eminem's well-known rap song "Rap God" consists of 1,560 words in a six minute and four second song, maintains IB Times.
As per UKF, Shotta maintains "We just did it for the fun and highlight the UK's contribution to rapping," says Harry. "Some people saw it as a dis to Eminem but it wasn't. He's one of the greatest rappers of all time! I hope he saw the video and enjoyed it!"
Eminem's "Rap God" stole the show and maintained his position as the top-notch rapper in the Guinness Book of Records in 2013 after the release of his eight album by the name of "The Marshall Mathers LP 2". "Rap God" was also nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance, thus breaking records in the rapping industry.
Harry Shotta's "Animal" witness a significant increase in terms of its YouTube views when it was debuted on UK's BBC Radio 1Xtra back in June 2015 and took the lead as it accumulated 1.4 million views on social media.
Despite these fluctuations, Eminem, as a legend has been steady since then. Mathers aka Eminem is still considered to be one of the 10 top-earning hip-hop sensation of the period.
