Joe Spano officially reprises his role as Senior FBI agent Fornell in "NCIS" Season 14. Aside from that, CBS has released the official plot description of Episode 3 "Privileged Information".

According to International Business Times, the 70-year-old Spano will reprise his role as Senior FBI agent T.C. Fornell.
Fornell happens to be Gibbs' new roommate who is recovering from his severe injuries inside the NCIS agent apartment.
As for the official plot synopsis of episode 3, Spoiler TV notes, "When the NCIS (Naval Crime Investigative Service) team investigates a marine sergeant's tragic fall from a building, her doctor, Grace Confalone (Laura San Giacomo), confides in Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and suggests he treat it as a murder investigation. Also, Nicholas 'Nick' Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) searches for a place to live.
For a quick rundown of "NCIS" Season 14 Episode 2, Hidden Remote reported that the NCIS team uncovered a bomb plot and a long-running theft ring as they investigated a death case during a reunion at Quantico.
Also, NCIS agents Nick and Alexandra 'Alex' Quinn (Jennifer Esposito) had some life adjustments under Gibbs' team, which included seating arrangements in the squad room.
"NCIS" Season 14 Episode 3, entitled as "Privileged Information", is scheduled to premiere on Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2016, at 8:00 p.m. first and exclusive on CBS Television Network.
