The seven-member boy group returned anew with their much-awaited new full album entitled "Wings," after their first single dance tune "Blood Sweat and Tears."
"Wings", released midnight of Oct. 10, was the second full album of "BTS," according to OSEN.
Prior to the launching of the new album, the group hosted a live show count down for release, as reported by Soompi. They talked to their fans about the new album "Wings" and their experienced during the recordings.
The show was delayed following errors as fans flocked to tune in. At the end of the show, the number of fans who viewed the live show reached three million.
During the show, the members played games and shared their story about the new album. "Wings" contains songs, which were sung solo by each of the members.
Following the release of "Wings," the album receives a warm welcome from Korean and international fans. In Korea, the album dominated eight major local music charts, according to report by Korea Herald. They scored well in the MelOn, Mnet, Olleh Music, Soribada, Genie, Bugs, Naver Music and Monkey3.
"Wings" tells the story about the conflict of a growing men and the temptation they must endure. The first single "Blood Sweat and Tears" is a catchy dance tune with potential for controversies. The previous controversy arose from the album was rappers Rap Monster, in his solo song, alleged misogynistic lyrics.
