OnePlus 4 News: Set for May 2017 Launch, OnePlus 4 Will Kill iPhone 7?

According to recent rumors, the new OnePlus 4, the most anticipated phablet of 2017, will be even better and more powerful than its very successful OnePlus 3. The latest buzz could only mean one thing, that the RAM will be increased to 8GB and CPU will improve exponentially.

Moreover, the handset will also feature Quad HD display along with fine quality rear camera. If the rumor is to be believed, the new OnePlus 4 will give the new iPhone 7 a run for its money. Powered by Snapdragon 830 processor under the hood, the upcoming handset will be a very compelling handset.

The phone will feature 5.5-inches screen to accommodate 4K display and bigger batteries in the phone. The rumor also speculates that OnePlus 4 will probably launch its new handset with curved screen display. The recent reports also indicate that Android based smartphone will also fine-tune the operating system to improve user experience.

Speaking of specs, OnePlus 4 will feature a 23MP and 8MP camera in rear and front respectively. If the news about the camera in this upcoming handset are indeed true, it will be a a serious threat for iPhone 7 that boasts of improved camera quality and is also using it as a USP.

As far as the design of the phablet is concerned, expect to see aluminum body, somewhat similar to OnePlus 3 and also reentry of Sandstone color with OnePlus 4. The battery will be anything between 3,500-4,000 mAh.

While the price of the speculated OnePlus 4 is not known right now, it is fair to assume that it will much more affordable that the pricier Apple iPhone 7 and Samsung Galaxy S8.

Meanwhile, there is also speculation that the company may even release OnePlus 3 Plus variant before the much hyped OnePlus 4. OnePlus 3 will be powered by Snapdragon 321 processor and 6GB RAM. With the two handsets expected to be launched soon, tech enthusiasts have a lot to look forward to.
