The annual Blizzard Convention from video game maker Blizzard Entertainment has always attracted many enthusiasts. What can we expect from this year's event?

As Blizzard Entertainment released an official schedule of the annual game conference, many uttered their various expectations on what will be this year's conference will bring. The BlizzCon 2016 will hold e-sports tournaments after the opening ceremony, including the Overwatch World Cup Finals.

Other e-sport tournaments to be held in the 2-day event are StarCraft II WCS Global Finals, World of Warcraft Arena World Championship, Hearthstone World Championship and Heroes of the Storm Fall Championship.

BlizzCon 2016 will be held from Nov. 4 to 5 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California. The conference will have three main events - the e-sports tournament, developer panel and live attendee activities.

Blizzard Entertainment is rumored to launch the Diablo 4 at BlizzCon 2016, according to VG 247. Diablo 4 is the game that has been long anticipated and game enthusiasts expected it to be released in BlizzCon 2016.

According to PC Gamer, the rumor of Diablo 4 began when a game enthusiast Rhykker posted a YouTube video that explain the few hints in the BlizzCon 2016 promo pack. In the video, Rhykker revealed the promo pack for the event contain some D4-four-sided die, which thrilled Diablo fan base as D4 may represent Diablo 4.

This year's event marked the 10th BlizzCon event. Blizzard uses the event to make special announcement of its game to the fans. Last year, the game maker announce the third installment of "Hearthstone, League of Explorers" and the new game "Overwatch."

Blizzard also announced the expansion of "World of Warcraft: Legion" and released the official trailer of the film "Warcraft."
