NFL Scores: Did the Vikings remained undefeated? Steelers lost for 3 in a row?

Eagles clawed the unblemished Vikings, 21-10

The unscratched record of the Minnesota Vikings came to an end on Week 7 as the Philadelphia Eagles handed them their first ever defeat of the season, 21-10.

The Vikings started the NFL season winning their first 5 games. But although they had their first loss of the season, the Vikings are still at the top of the NFC North division with a record of 5-1 win-loss column. The Eagles on the other hand, improved to 4-2 for second place in the NFC East division behind the Dallas Cowboys.

Sam Bradford returned to Philadelphia for the first time since being traded to the Vikings before the 2016 NFL season started. Bradford proved to be a perfect fit to the Vikings after he filled the void created by the season ending injury of Teddy Bridgewater.

The Vikings and Eagles have combined for just 3 turnovers heading into this game. But the two teams both have an ugly first quarter with a surprising 5 turnovers in just 11 plays, per New York Times.

Carson Wentz, who is back-up quarterback for Bradford last year, is now a proven quarterback for the franchise as he led the Eagles with a 16 of 28 completed passes for 138 yards, 1 touchdown and 2 interceptions.

Minnesota Vikings will go up against the Chicago Bears on October 31. The Philadelphia Eagles will go up against the Dallas Cowboys on October 30.

Gronkowski led the New England Patriots to a victory over Pittsburgh Steelers, 27-16

Rob Gronkowski showed up when needed the most as he led the New England Patriots to their 6th victory of the season against the Pittsburgh Steelers, 27-16.

With a win, the Patriots are now 6-1 to lead the AFC East division. The Steelers, who won their first 4 games of the season, now lost 3 games in a row. But despite the lost, the Steelers' 4-3 record is still at first place in the AFC North division.

The Patriots open up the game racing to an early lead at 14-0. But the Steelers went on to close the gap at 14-13. When the game gets tougher, the Patriots turned into their star.

Rob Gronkowski received a very beautiful pass from Tom Brady as he outruns the entire Steelers' defense to finish a 36-yard touchdown. Gronkowski ended the game with 4 catches for 93 yards.

The New England Patriots will play the Buffalo Bills on October 30 while the Pittsburgh Steelers will go up against the Baltimore Ravens on November 6, per NFL.com.
