Scientists question ‘Dark Energy’ theory of expanding universe

Space science has been the subject of interest for many people over the years. The interest is growing quite rapidly. Different space science organizations are doing numerous amount of research on different changes in the universe.

Topics on "Dark Energy" is among the most discussed topics on this aspect of science.

In the 1990s, three scientists has made a hypothesis that the universe is expanding at an accelerating rate. This expansion is influenced by some sort of energy.

But unfortunately there is no clear evidence of that energy. In fact, nobody knows any convincing detail of that energy. Thus this unknown energy is dubbed as Dark Energy.

It seemed that the concept of dark energy have strong evidence when the three scientists noticed that the star "la supernova" is moving away from Earth at faster rate than other planets and stars.

This observation had really influenced the concept of dark energy. But science journal "Scientific Reports" opposed this theory and question the hypotheses.

J.T Nielsen, lead author of this journal, said there 740 more stars like "la supernova" and they have different theoretical explanations.

At the same time, he also pointed out that there is a very few evidence of dark energy. He instead reasoned out that the universe is not expanding at an accelerating rate at a constant rate, which has started since the Big Bang event 13.8 million years ago.

The introduction of this new theory is expected to have a new influence on different space scientists.
