Google has its way to celebrate Halloween this year. And that is by offering users a treat with a Harry Potter-like a game that users will surely enjoy. The game revolves with a cat named Momo making its way through the wizard academy and defeats the ghosts with the help of the users.
This year's Halloween Doodle encourages users to help the wand-wielding cat on her mission to rescue her academy school. The users can help her cast out the spirits by swiping in the shape of the symbols above the ghost's heads.
It's an exciting game since users have to pounce fast to the ghost that stole the master spellbook. According to Google Doodles, the search engine giant created the game to give users a chance to enjoy during Halloween and allow them to doodle while playing "was very exciting for us."
The game becomes a hit on all social media sites. Some users are even posting their scores on Twitter and Facebook. Others were very inspired to doodle on their art based on the game. Rather than having a simple doodle game, Google has offered the best playable game on its homepage for users to enjoy.
How to Win the Doodle Game?
Start playing it by heading over to Google and click the Play button on the image located above the search bar. You will be then treated to a short cut scene before engaging into action which mostly consists of fighting off ghosts and spirits with an adorable, wand-wielding cat.
Use your mouse to the desktop or finger on a touch-screen display to draw shapes which are located above the incoming ghosts. You can either draw straight lines, hearts, carets, and more which will help Momo fight the invading ghosts that stole his spellbook. You better draw fast, or else Momo will lose one of her nine lives in the game.
You will be scored and can rack up a multiplier by drawing the different shapes as fast as you can. You can also gain scores if you can eliminate more than one ghost at a time. According to Fortune, Google Doodle's Halloween game is a pretty fun game for everyone.
The Game's Magical character Momo is inspired by Doodler Juliana Chen, who owns a black cat named Momo in real life. Google says that the original concept for the game involved a magic cat making the soup that was so good, it raised the dead.
Google's Doodle team has always been creating interactive games and logos for various holidays and important events. These games have offered entertainment for people to enjoy all over the world.
