iMac 2016 Kaby Lake processor, 5K resolution display features confirmed; Apple's next PC dubbed as iMac 2017?

Despite Apple's no announcement for the released of iMac during Apple's big October 27 event, fans are still confident that the Cupertino-based tech giant will be unveiling the device soon. While the rumors regarding the iMac 2017 still continue, recent reports regarding the device claim that the Kaby Lake processor is one of the newest features that will be included into it.

According to recent reports, the one main reason why the iMac 2017 is delayed is because of the Kaby Lake processor launch. Several Fans were also expecting that the MacBook Pro 2016 will also have the latest Kaby Lake processor. But instead, it got the older SkyLake chipset.

And now it seems like Apple is presently waiting for the official release of the said processor. With that, they can finally include it on their future iMac versions.

Some reports also detail the planned release of seven Core i5s, three Core i7s, and one Xeon E3 v6 processors, these chips have been rumored to appear in the Apple iMac 2016 for quite some time now.

If the rumors of the new Kaby Lake processor in Apple iMac 2016 is true, then each of these chips are significantly faster and improved than their Skylake counterparts, which is currently being used in the iMac. Kaby Lake processor Chips will make these new family of processors perfect for the latest version of Apple's flagship.
