Despite the loss, C.J. McCollum played well for the Portland Trailblazers. He scored 28 points on 9-19 shooting from the floor and 6-6 from the free-throw line. He also had 3 rebounds, 7 assists and 2 steals.
The Blazers are quite struggling this season with a 9-10 win-loss record. They were currently 9th in the Western Conference and 0.5 games behind the Los Angeles Lakers, per ESPN. But C.J. McCollum's performance was a good sign for the Blazers.

By scoring 37 points in the game against the Nets, Cousins became the third in scoring in the Kings Sacramento Era, per The Sacramento Bee. He just surpassed a very great player in Chris Webber.
