‘Game of Thrones’ Season 7 Spoilers: Cersei Lannister to get pregnant, Sansa Stark to betray Jon Snow

HBO fantasy drama series "Game of Thrones" is going to return on televisions few months from now and viewers can't help but get thrilled over the revelations and events that can happen on GOT's Season 7.

Before airing the finale episode of Season 6 in June, the network has announced that "Game of Thrones" was renewed for another season.

After this, several rumors and spoilers surfaced online speculating on the characters' fate in the upcoming season.

According to a report from International Business Times, there have been speculations that claim one particular female character in the drama series will unexpectedly get pregnant on the seventh season. The source suggested that this could likely be Lena Headey's character, Cersei Lannister.

The report said that for most part of the season, Cersei will be busy on her war against Daenerys Targaryen (portrayed by Emilia Clarke). The revelation of her pregnancy will probably be seen towards the end of the season, as per the source.

However, it has not been revealed if Nikolaj Coster-Waldau's character, Jamie Lannister, will be the father of Cersei's alleged child.

Meanwhile, Metro UK reported that Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner) might betray her brother Jon Snow (Kit Harrington) on the upcoming season.

On the previous season finale, Petyr Baelish or Littlefinger (Aidan Gillen), had a talk with Sansa about both of them sitting on the Iron Throne. It was not revealed whether or not she agrees to him but viewers have seen the glare from Baelish that could somewhat mean that there is a possible rift happening in the seventh season.

In an interview with The Wrap, Turner mentioned about the possibility of Sansa Stark to be the Queen of the North on her own.

"From Sansa's perspective, she really feels like she would like the recognition that she deserves because at the end of the day, she did save the day at the Battle of the Bastards", Turner stated.

She added, "I think she probably wants to be Queen of the North on her own, or again she probably just wants Jon to listen to her, if Jon had listened to her in the beginning then she would be very happy collaborating with him, so it's just a bit frustrating."

Because of this, fans speculated that there may be indeed a betrayal that is going to happen between the siblings even though they had just recently reunited. It would really be disappointing for the fans if this will really happen.

However, GOT fans are just going to wait next year when Season 7 of Game of Thrones premieres to find out the truth about these speculations.
