With numerous reports pointing towards the first trailer for Spider-Man: Homecoming being released along with Rogue One: A Star Wars Story later this month, the hype for the first look at the upcoming Spiderman reboot is at an all-time high. While we are waiting for it to finally hit the theaters, it seems that the official logo for the movie has now been updated, and you can check it on the official Marvel website.
Spiderman has a new logo
The word "Homecoming" still remains the same thing, but the Spider-Man title is no longer positioned in an upward curve and it now has a slightly bolder presence. The reason for the sudden change in the movie's logo hasn't been revealed up to this point, but a lot of fans have claimed that it definitely does look a lot better and the new logo will more than likely fit onto merchandise and posters a lot easier than the original version.
About the official trailer
Just yesterday, some rumors and speculations have started circulating around the Internet, saying that the first trailer for Spider-Man: Homecoming would officially premiere after tonight's episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. That has since been debunked, leaving fans with no real clue as to when the movie trailer will finally find its way online. Chances are it will be in a week or so as Marvel looks to keep the focus on Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 for the meantime.
Official release
Spider-Man: Homecoming will officially be released on the 7th of July, 2017 and will officially be marking the wall-crawler's first standalone adventure in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. A description for the recently released teaser has recently surfaced, and it certainly sounds pretty spectacular. So with that being said, keep your eyes peeled for any upcoming updates, as well as checking on YouTube from time to time.
